Publication and Author Ethics

All accepted papers that are registered and presented at IEEE ICCSE 2026 ( Conference No. 71054 ) will be included in the ICCSE 2026 Conference Proceedings.

The conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope, quality, and formatting requirements. Conference proceedings that are included in IEEE Xplore are usually indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus, however indexing is ultimately determined by the respective databases.

All final manuscripts must comply with IEEE PDF requirements. Authors are required to use IEEE PDF eXpress to verify PDF compatibility before final submission.

IEEE eCopyright

Authors of accepted papers are required to complete the IEEE electronic copyright form (eCopyright) during the camera-ready submission process.

Completion of the eCopyright process is mandatory for inclusion in the conference proceedings and submission to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.

Detailed instructions regarding eCopyright submission will be provided to accepted authors.

Author Ethics

All submissions must follow IEEE ethical standards for scientific publishing, including originality, authorship, citation practices, data integrity, plagiarism prevention, and responsible reporting of research results.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere;
  • The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal;

  • All sources, data, figures, and references are properly cited;
  • Experimental results and research data are reported accurately and honestly.

Papers found to involve plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, duplicate submission, inappropriate authorship, or other ethical misconduct may be rejected or removed from publication according to IEEE policies.

Sensitive Data and Privacy Protection

If the research involves sensitive, confidential, proprietary, personal, medical, educational, or examination-related data, authors must ensure that:

  • Data usage complies with applicable laws, institutional regulations, and ethical review requirements;
  • Personally identifiable information is anonymized or removed where appropriate;
  • Necessary permissions or participant consent have been obtained;
  • Confidential or restricted datasets are handled in accordance with data protection requirements.

Authors are encouraged to avoid disclosing confidential raw data, personally identifiable information, or protected institutional information in submitted manuscripts.

Author Changes

IEEE has strict policies regarding authorship and author changes.

Any request for adding, removing, or changing authors after submission must be accompanied by a valid explanation and written consent from all authors. Requests may be subject to review by the conference committee and IEEE publication policies.
